How the Grinch Stole Christmas by Arielle-Kasa How the Grinch Stole Christmas by Arielle-Kasa
Haven't been on deviantart in a long time. :( Here's a pic I drew of the (Dr. Suess';) Grinch. For some reason, I felt like drawing him. You know, I actually like the Grinch a lot. I haven't watched the cartoon since I was a kid.
This is the first time I ever tried to draw the Grinch. I actually never read the book...

The Grinch has been my personal holiday fave since I was a kid...bought the Chuck Jones animated version DVD a few years ago, and its always the first holiday special I watch :)

The Jim Carrey movie is okay, but you cant beat the original!

Hey, when you have enough talent, you can copy almost anything for the first time. This is the best masterpiece of all Grinch fan art!

Stop that! I sometimes think my art style is not worth selling, but evrybody tells me I am an amazing artist, convincing me I should work for Disney.

When people admire you're work, believe it! Everybody is their own worst critic. I'm my own worst critic. I suggest you should believe the good compliments people give, otherwise you'll be letting yourself down. You get what I'm saying?

Whoa, you never drew him before this picture? Dang, it looks like you've had great practice, that is awesome talent right there if you can pull that off without practice like that. Also never having read the book. I assume you saw the cartoon at least? Good job on the picture. :)
